Nomura Appoints New Global Head For Product Control
To provide impetus to its global operations
Nomura International, an Asia-based investment bank, has appointed Russell Watson as global head of product control. He joins Nomura from Goldman Sachs.
Based in London, Mr. Watson will work widely across the Nomura Finance Function, leading a team of more than 200 people.
He has over nine years of experience in a range of product control roles at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a managing director in finance. Mr. Watson will start in August and will report to Mr. Fujitani, global deputy chief financial officer based in Tokyo, and Mr. Lewis, chief financial officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in London.
