Leeds Building Society offering buy to let mortages online
Leeds Building Society, which was recently named one of the UK's top 10 fastest-growing building societies, has expanded its range of online offerings, enabling customers to take out buy to let mortgages online.
Leeds' expanded offerings mean that customers now have 24-hour access to instant mortgage decisions, key facts illustrations (KFIs) and real-time updates on their applications.
The online facility now enables landlords to apply for a mortgage, receive an instant decision and verified KFI, said Kim Rebecchi, general manager of sales for Leeds Building Society. The application is processed immediately and the new functionality also allows case tracking, so customers can obtain an instant update on their mortgage at any time from the comfort of their own home.
