GE Real Estate Mandates BNP Paribas Securities To Provide Services In France
BNP Paribas Securities Services will provide depobank, custody, and registrar services in France.
BNP Paribas Securities Services (BNPPS) has been mandated by GE Real Estate Management France SAS (GEREMF SAS) to provide services and fund administration for their OPCI funds (real estate collective investment funds).
GEREMF SAS is a subsidiary of GE Real Estate in France, which is a business unit of GE Capital, one of the 4 activities of the GE Group.
Marielle Prioult-Seegmuller, President of GEREMF SAS, said: “We have chosen BNP Paribas Securities Services as the custodian and depobank for our OPCI funds in France because BNP Paribas has an excellent long-standing track record and experience in fund administration, making it a great fit for GE Real Estate’s service requirements.”
BNP Paribas Securities Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group, operating across 26 countries. It provides post-trade administration solutions to buy-side and sell-side financial institutions and issuers.
