BBR Staff Writer Published 10 October 2005

Ferghana Partners Group, a global healthcare finance advisory firm, has agreed to merge with Gargoyle Partners, a European Healthcare and Chemicals advisory boutique, to create a life sciences investment bank.

With over 15 professional staff in the US and Europe, the enlarged firm, operating globally as Ferghana Partners, intends to deliver investment banking advisory services to Chemical and Healthcare sectors worldwide. Rawle Michelson and Ian Crosbie, the founders of Gargoyle, will be joining as partners alongside Ferghana's current partners, Hunt Henrie, Bob Rech, Dean Brown and Bill Kridel. Michael Tarnow, chairman of Ferghana, commented, Ferghana is now one of the larger investment banks in Healthcare and Chemicals, especially in Europe where the combined Ferghana/Gargoyle team will have a major presence. We expect the global growth of Ferghana to continue unabated, while maintaining our high standards of client service and creativity.
