Washington-based The Adams National Bank has chosen global payments firm Ruesch International to service the cross-border transaction and corporate payment needs of the bank's commercial customers.

Ruesch offers banking institutions the opportunity to expand their product base to encompass global payment transactions and foreign exchange services. In addition, the company also offers a multitude of features for managing customer activity, which can help foster stronger customer relationships. We are very pleased to form a relationship with The Adams National Bank. We are confident that the market strengths of our respective organizations will produce a successful venture, said John Perry, executive vice president of global sales and marketing for Ruesch International. Ruesch's global payments platform will be instrumental in supporting the bank's commitment to assist its customers in managing their cross-border payments needs, consolidating payment applications, and improving control of global market risk, added David Glaser, senior vice president of The Adams National Bank.
