Aabar Investments PJSC (Aabar Investments) is a public joint stock company. It was formerly known as Aabar Petroleum Investments Company PJSC and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Market. Previously, the company participated in the exploration, production, and drilling of oil and gas assets. During 2008, the company sold its two subsidiaries, namely, Dalma Energy LLC (in January) and PEARL Energy Limited (May). Dalma focuses on drilling operations and Pearl is participating in the exploration and production activities in SouthEast Asia.It is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the UAE.

The operating loss of the company was AED 41.19 million during the fiscal year 2008, as compared to an operating loss of AED 56.20 million during 2007. The net profit of the company was AED 721.59 million during the fiscal year 2008, an increase of 218.44% over 2007.
